Delete your account
You can ask Archers Construction to permanently delete your app account and the personal data linked to it. This applies to accounts created on the website, the Android app and the iOS app.
How to request deletion
- Send us a deletion request using the button below, from your registered email.
- Include your full name and, if applicable, your project name or code.
- We verify your identity to protect your project records from misuse.
- Your account is deleted within 30 days and we email you a confirmation.
You may also call (042) 710-5229 during office hours (Mon – Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and authentication records.
- Your profile: name, email, contact number and address.
- Portal messages, notifications and saved preferences.
- Enquiry, lead, consultation and follow-up records tied to you.
- Photos and documents you personally uploaded that are not part of a signed contract.
What we must keep
Philippine tax, accounting and construction warranty rules require us to retain signed contracts, variation orders, invoices, official receipts and completed project records for at least ten (10) years. These are kept in our accounting archive, unlinked from your login account, and are not used for marketing.
