Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Archers Construction website, client portal and mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Staff accounts are issued by Archers Construction and access is limited to the modules assigned to your role. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unauthorised access.

The cost estimator provides indicative figures only, based on the package rate, floor area and options you select. It is not a contract price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation and construction agreement after site inspection, plan review and permit assessment. Rates, material costs and permit fees may change without notice.

Progress percentages, timelines, photos and reports shown in the portal are provided for monitoring convenience. Weather, permits, material supply and client-requested variations may affect actual schedules. The signed contract and approved variation orders prevail over anything displayed in the App.

The App records billing milestones, payment status and official receipts. Payments are settled through the channels stated in your contract; the App itself does not process card or wallet transactions. Payment proof you upload is reviewed by our accounting team before a payment is marked as paid. Amounts shown remain subject to verification against our official books.

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, scrape data, or upload content you do not have the right to share. Uploaded content must relate to your project.

Plans, 3D perspectives, designs, branding and App content are owned by Archers Construction or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Photos and documents you upload remain yours; you grant us permission to use them for delivering and documenting your project.

Some features generate estimates, summaries or chat replies using automated tools. Output may contain errors and must not be relied on as engineering, legal or financial advice. Always confirm with our team before making decisions.

The App is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Archers Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing here limits obligations under your signed construction contract.

You may close your account at any time via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of Quezon Province.
