Privacy Policy

• Account details you provide: full name, email address, contact number and password (stored only as an encrypted hash).
• Project information: project address, lot and floor area, package selection, schedule, progress updates and site photos.
• Financial records related to your project: billing milestones, payment status, official receipt numbers and payment proof images you upload.
• Documents you or our staff upload: contracts, plans, permits and reports.
• Enquiry data from quotation, consultation and contact forms.
• Basic technical data such as device type, browser and error logs, used to keep the App running correctly.

We do not collect location tracking data, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

• To create and secure your account and control which parts of the App you can access.
• To show your project status, timeline, photos, documents and payment schedule.
• To prepare quotations, contracts, billings and official receipts.
• To respond to enquiries, consultations and support requests.
• To send service notices such as payment reminders and schedule updates.
• To detect abuse, troubleshoot faults and comply with legal obligations.

We process personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) on the basis of your consent, the performance of our construction contract with you, and our legitimate business and legal obligations.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest provided by our hosting provider. Access is restricted by role: clients see only their own project; staff see only the modules and projects assigned to them. Uploaded files are kept in private storage that requires an authenticated, time-limited link. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

We share personal data only with: our authorised employees and assigned project staff; service providers who host the App, send transactional email or process AI-assisted features on our behalf; and government agencies or courts where required by law. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your name, email address and profile image from that provider.

Project, contract and financial records are retained for at least ten (10) years as required by Philippine tax and construction warranty rules. Enquiry and lead records are kept for up to three (3) years. Account data is removed when you request deletion, except records we are legally required to keep.

You may access, correct, object to processing, request a copy of, or request deletion of your personal data. Most details can be updated in your portal profile. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond within fifteen (15) working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our account deletion page for the steps and what is kept or removed.

The App is intended for clients and staff aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App, and the “last updated” date above will change.
